Looking for Colorado trail boss truck

This was the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Curtis Paton, the sales person, patiently listened to what I needed in a new vehicle. He gave me options and explained the details of each option. I ultimately decided to purchase a Trax and I am very pleased. Curtis went over all the features of the new vehicle and made sure I could access the connection between phone and vehicle. I would highly recommend McGuire Chevrolet as Curtis Paton is an excellent representative of the high standards of a company I have continued to do business with for more than 40 years.

Took car in for heater noise problem...it wasn't fixed I was told there was nothing wrong with it.......its been in numerous times for same problem...noone is listening to me

Talked me into changing spark plugs Probably didn't need changing. Dud not gube complete quote when i asked what the chzrges would be. I had surgery mext day. Couldnt use truck. Severly misfiring rough idle shuddering. Et al. I called before closing. No one answered. Called again . Voice mail. Limped in with truck. One of the spark.plugs ( i probably didn't need) had been put in wrong. No coupon, no discount offer. Not even an apology for the wasted time effort and loss of use of trick given.

The apple play wireless connection was fixed when a factory reset was performed. As for the check engine light was put out. But the sensor I think for the A/C unit still needs to be recalibrated per tech. Over all very happy

I was traveling and my truck broke down. They got me in quickly and fixed my issue. It was less expensive than I had read online that it would be. Very nice, professional and took me quickly which totally helped me out.

My wife and I stopped by the dealership about week/10 days ago - we met James and explained we only had a short time, wanted to sit in a small and full sized pick up, and explained what we were looking for - James got us into a Canyon and a Silverado - we liked the Silverado. We set up for a test drive, James and Mark? heard our price point, and got us into the truck we took delivery on - a very pleasant experience. And when we took delivery, the ribbon on the steering wheel was something we'd never had for all the vehicles we've taken delivery on over the years. We're new to the area - was a totally positive experience. Thank you!

WAITING AREA IS COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, HAS WATER AND SNACKS AND TV. MAKES THE WAIT MORE ENJOYABLE. THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES I MET WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.

Met at the door, checked right in. They asked when I need to pick up and had my car ready before the deadline. Gave me paperwork and ready to go. One of the techs even showed me how to turn off the “key in car” warning horn. Great experience and we will absolutely return.

Have used this dealership for decades. They are efficient & knowledgeable. I was a little disappointed that the tire sensor that my car needed had to be ordered.

Twice now, I have dropped off my car and asked for a scheduled mileage maintenance both times it was not done. Instead of they gave me a multi point inspection. I replied to an email that service manager sent me explained my issue and asked what I should do but, I never heard back. There seems to be a disconnect from when I scheduled the appointment online and check in and review what is to be done in the car versus what it actually gets done.

My 2015 silverado began experiencing starting problems ON MLK day. The next morning I came to your dealership for help. Despite being short some mechanics your service fit me in, diagnosed an intermittent starter and replaced it in a matter of hours. Special thanks to Devon Doyle for his input.

Answered all our questions and took his time explaining the features of our new Equinox. Michael, the financial officer, carefully went through all the documents with us and as we were finishing a new lease "deal" came in and we qualified so our payments were lowered! Mike and Sean McGuire are the best !

Staff were friendly and accommodating, waiting area was quiet and clean. Tech did a thorough inspection for what turned out not to be an issue and left my vehicle as clean as I brought it.

I had the most pleasant experience at McGuire Chevrolet. I had intended to come in for a test drive to see if I even liked the Chevy Trax. Ryan Feeney was so relaxed, not pushy, relatable, and well informed on the vehicle, and the deals available to me for purchase and financing. After speaking to him, I put a hold on the car, and then we were able to speed up the process with changing insurance over etc. I have never spent so little time in the leasing office to finance the car! I was in and out of there in an hour. Overall, I would recommend my experience to anyone for a pressure less, efficient, and respectful process.

Great experience. The vehicle was done before I had a chance to enjoy lunch with my daughter. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Had check engine light . Code said bad wire or loose connection. Dropped it off they told me it was a fan motor , replaced it . Paid my deductible. Light was still on. They found the broken wire . Truck never had a temperature issue and the service bulletin was for a wiring issue. Not sure what I'm thinking at this point.

Excellent service as always. One improvement would be a verification system to insure once an appointment is made, verification is sent. This is the 2nd time I have showed for an appointment and told I wasn’t on the schedule. It’s never been an issue, I have always been taken care of and never turned away. Just an improvement that would benefit for all.

Excellent service, but waiting a month for 1 watch battery for a tire pressure sensor which was backordered---rediculous.

Excellent and I did receive a call the day prior to my appointment.

I had a 9 am appointment I was there over 15 minutes early. It took over 2 hours just for a simple oil change. Several customers that arrived after me were finished before me. When asked why it took so long they stated that they were backed up because they had a skeleton crew because several mechanics had taken off for vacation. This is not acceptable customer service.

Reasonable price, very nice folks, promptly done.
