Drop off my truck and they repair it quickly.

I arrived at my designated appointment time for oil, filter, tire rotation, safety check, and fluid top-off. I did the check-in and waited in the waiting room for only about 40 minutes. My car was ready, and I paid with GM Card rewards. The service was fast, efficient, and professional.

On short notice I was given appointment to service my vehicle. Service team found an issue that I was unaware of and did a complete service and repairs to my Vehicle quickly and correctly

James Brine was very helpful and spends a lot of time with us. Yes me and my wife both bought vehicles. My wife bought the 2024 Trilbazer in May and I just purchased the 2024 silverado crew cab Lt we both had James as our salesman he goes out of his way to help with everything and explains everything in detail. My 2024 Trax was in a second time for issues relating to losing oil with no leak which tells me it is something with the engine. The second time in for white smoke coming out of exhaust and the oil was empty again after a month. Now told they will have to do an oil survey and may have to come back 3 ties. I don't see why I had to pay for another oil change due to a defective product. How does a 2024 model have engine/oil issues unless it is defective, I want to just give back. I need a reliable vehicle and just want to end the lease now.

Why do we need an appointment for a complimentary oil change that still take more than 2 and a half hours. Also, why do you do an air filter change on a vehicle that has 8K miles on it and charge 45$ for the filter and 60$ to install it. We won't be back. When you asked my wife if we wanted the oil change and filter it was understood that this was part of the complimentary service for buying the vehicle there. Very poor communication.

My visit was not a typical service, it was a custom upgrade to my vehicle which required high level technical knowledge as well as my personal interaction. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. This was the first time they did such an upgrade and it was a fantastic learning experience for all involved. Everyone stepped out of their comfort zone, faced a challenge and come out with the greatest of success.

Service did exactly what I requested in a timely matter

I made an appointment on the Chevy app to have an oil change and rear brakes and rotors replaced while waiting. I prefer to use OEM parts when I can plus there was a brake pad and rotor rebate and I have reward points I wanted to use. After they assessed my vehicle the service woman came to me to tell me they didn’t have the brake pads in stock but they could get aftermarket pads but the rebate wouldn’t apply. I asked why they wouldn’t have the parts in stock when I specifically made the appointment for this. She asked if I made it on the app. I told her yes. They don’t get the information from the app and I should have called. Then why do you have the app??? The dealership is a 45 minute ride for me. I expected them to have the parts my vehicle needed. I just had the oil change done. I will have the brakes done elsewhere.

Always satisfied

The service team at McGuire Chevrolet will do anything to make your visit easy. They keep you updated every step of the way. The waiting are is very clean and comfortable with free coffee and snacks available.

I'm not one for much words; I found that the people at Mcguire were very professional and they did the job quite quickly. The only complaint that I have is that their air conditioner was not working LOL! They always check my brake lines since I asked them and I'm glad they remember.

The techs spent ample time trying to pinpoint the issue with my car. They called to keep me up to date on status and actually took a ride with me to make sure my car was fine before giving it back to me.

Full replacement of rotors and Pads, and items assoc'd with brake service. Not happy that oil change and tire rotation paid for three weeks earlier did not point out the need for a complete set of brakes to be replaced.

My experience on my recent visit was wonderful. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation . Everyone was so nice on my arrival and took my truck right away. They were done so fast!!! I thought the whole experience was awesome and was very impressed and happy that they were my dealership!

Our service technician Devon is wonderful. He got me in the same day realizing my noise was a safety issue and got the repairs done the same day.

I appreciated being told that my rotors and brakes could use replacing when the shop had them in inventory and not at a later date when they probably wouldn't be as easy to obtain. The parts cost was a bit shocking but the labor cost was reasonable, given the work was done spontaneously and the great customer service received. Always happy to do business with Chevy McGuire.

Very professional staff. Only complaint was that something as mundane as a tire sensor is not covered under any warranty.

I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation and they did it well But when I picked up the truck it turned out that the front brake sensor that shows how much Left on front pads doesn't work and they said that they can't do anything. And they didn't touch it, which I really doubt, although when I gave the truck for service the front sensor showed 64% on front brake pads and worked fine before the service

From top to bottom great people to work with

i called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation appointment for my truck. i also told the woman i was talking to I needed to replace 2 of the hub covers/caps on two of the wheels that had come off since the last time I was there. She said they would get the parts and so it could all be done at once. I didn't make a note of her name but I will on all future calls. The Thursday before the appointment I received a confirmation call and went over what was to be done with the person. Oil change, tire rotation and hub covers. She told me that they were valve stem covers, which I told her they were not. She seemed disinterested and acted like we'll just figure it out when I got there. I told I wanted everything done at once. When I arrived Devon was at the desk and we went over what the appointment was for. I told him what the woman said about valve stem covers. He could see the hub covers missing from where he was sitting and said he would look into it. I didn't see him again that day but I know he would have tried to fix it. Nothing he did was a problem in any way. And if he had answered the phone when I first called I'm sure this all would have run smoothly. Danielle came and told me the truck was ready. I could see right away the covers were not there. She said they had to be ordered. I told her that is why i asked about them when I scheduled the appointment. She just acted like it wasn't her problem and she didn't have much interest in it. By Wednesday of this week I received a call that my parts have come in and I come and pick them up. I guess that means I'm on my own to install them. Not that I'm incapable. But I thought maybe after everything else maybe it would have been taken care of. The whole point of putting the appointment on the day that I did was because I could see what was coming on my schedule. I will stop in and get the parts when I have time. But at this point I don't know when it will be so you'll have to keep them there until I am going by and can stop in. Or maybe when I get my next oil change.

As usual the service team took excellent care of me and at a very reasonable price. This is why we buy every car from McGuire and why even when our cars are out of warranty we return to McGuire for all of our maintenance and every repair.

your service reps are GREAT. Had a check engine light that would not stay off, had to bring it back 3 times. the 3rd time i talked to JIM the service manager and he took over and this time kept the vehicle and had it road tested more than once, he gave me a loaner car while he had my car and so far everything has been great since i picked it up

The service desk was very accommodating but due to a very busy day I spent more than 2-1/2 hours in the waiting area only to be told that a part needed was backordered.

The technicians did an excellent job getting the rear view cameras functioning properly on our 2024 suburban and they also installed running boards and a soft roll up bed cover on our 2025 Silverado.

The apple play wireless connection was fixed when a factory reset was performed. As for the check engine light was put out. But the sensor I think for the A/C unit still needs to be recalibrated per tech. Over all very happy
