Full replacement of rotors and Pads, and items assoc'd with brake service. Not happy that oil change and tire rotation paid for three weeks earlier did not point out the need for a complete set of brakes to be replaced.

Prompt and quality service

I'm not one for much words; I found that the people at Mcguire were very professional and they did the job quite quickly. The only complaint that I have is that their air conditioner was not working LOL! They always check my brake lines since I asked them and I'm glad they remember.

I am always treated very well and welcomed by name, there is a great continuity with experienced knowledgeable employees.

Our service technician Devon is wonderful. He got me in the same day realizing my noise was a safety issue and got the repairs done the same day.

I appreciated being told that my rotors and brakes could use replacing when the shop had them in inventory and not at a later date when they probably wouldn't be as easy to obtain. The parts cost was a bit shocking but the labor cost was reasonable, given the work was done spontaneously and the great customer service received. Always happy to do business with Chevy McGuire.

i called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation appointment for my truck. i also told the woman i was talking to I needed to replace 2 of the hub covers/caps on two of the wheels that had come off since the last time I was there. She said they would get the parts and so it could all be done at once. I didn't make a note of her name but I will on all future calls. The Thursday before the appointment I received a confirmation call and went over what was to be done with the person. Oil change, tire rotation and hub covers. She told me that they were valve stem covers, which I told her they were not. She seemed disinterested and acted like we'll just figure it out when I got there. I told I wanted everything done at once. When I arrived Devon was at the desk and we went over what the appointment was for. I told him what the woman said about valve stem covers. He could see the hub covers missing from where he was sitting and said he would look into it. I didn't see him again that day but I know he would have tried to fix it. Nothing he did was a problem in any way. And if he had answered the phone when I first called I'm sure this all would have run smoothly. Danielle came and told me the truck was ready. I could see right away the covers were not there. She said they had to be ordered. I told her that is why i asked about them when I scheduled the appointment. She just acted like it wasn't her problem and she didn't have much interest in it. By Wednesday of this week I received a call that my parts have come in and I come and pick them up. I guess that means I'm on my own to install them. Not that I'm incapable. But I thought maybe after everything else maybe it would have been taken care of. The whole point of putting the appointment on the day that I did was because I could see what was coming on my schedule. I will stop in and get the parts when I have time. But at this point I don't know when it will be so you'll have to keep them there until I am going by and can stop in. Or maybe when I get my next oil change.

My experience on my recent visit was wonderful. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation . Everyone was so nice on my arrival and took my truck right away. They were done so fast!!! I thought the whole experience was awesome and was very impressed and happy that they were my dealership!

In and out for oil change, tire rotation, etc. under 1 hour is fantastic. And the waiting area is so pleasant, make the time go by so quickly.

As usual the service team took excellent care of me and at a very reasonable price. This is why we buy every car from McGuire and why even when our cars are out of warranty we return to McGuire for all of our maintenance and every repair.

your service reps are GREAT. Had a check engine light that would not stay off, had to bring it back 3 times. the 3rd time i talked to JIM the service manager and he took over and this time kept the vehicle and had it road tested more than once, he gave me a loaner car while he had my car and so far everything has been great since i picked it up

The service desk was very accommodating but due to a very busy day I spent more than 2-1/2 hours in the waiting area only to be told that a part needed was backordered.

The technicians did an excellent job getting the rear view cameras functioning properly on our 2024 suburban and they also installed running boards and a soft roll up bed cover on our 2025 Silverado.

This was my best car-buying experience ever! Our salesman Trey Johnson did a terrific job of explaining all the new features we weren't familiar with. There was no pressure and everything went very smoothly with our whole process. McGuire Chevy did little extras to make us feel special, right down to the personalized ribbon & bow across the steering wheel. Well done, McGuire!

I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation and they did it well But when I picked up the truck it turned out that the front brake sensor that shows how much Left on front pads doesn't work and they said that they can't do anything. And they didn't touch it, which I really doubt, although when I gave the truck for service the front sensor showed 64% on front brake pads and worked fine before the service

Paperwork was prepared in advance so my wait time on delivery day was minimal. Finance was informative and reviewed every detail of the sale. Great experience. I know as customers we have many dealerships to choose from when we buy a vehicle, but for service, sense of concern, respect for time and finances McGuire Chevy went above and beyond and I had a positive car-buying experience.

McGuire staff were very courteous.They informed me of progress of the repairs.They performed general vehicle inspections and offered suggestions on future maintenance concerns.

Asked for the vehicle to vacuum my equinox. The inside looked great. A few days later as I opened the hatch the back was not touched. I was disappointed. It would have been nice if this part of the vehicle was not included in this service.

The apple play wireless connection was fixed when a factory reset was performed. As for the check engine light was put out. But the sensor I think for the A/C unit still needs to be recalibrated per tech. Over all very happy

This was the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Curtis Paton, the sales person, patiently listened to what I needed in a new vehicle. He gave me options and explained the details of each option. I ultimately decided to purchase a Trax and I am very pleased. Curtis went over all the features of the new vehicle and made sure I could access the connection between phone and vehicle. My wife and I stopped by the dealership about week/10 days ago - we met James and explained we only had a short time, wanted to sit in a small and full sized pick up, and explained what we were looking for - James got us into a Canyon and a Silverado - we liked the Silverado. We set up for a test drive, James and Mark? heard our price point, and got us into the truck we took delivery on - a very pleasant experience. And when we took delivery, the ribbon on the steering wheel was something we'd never had for all the vehicles we've taken delivery on over the years. Twice now, I have dropped off my car and asked for a scheduled mileage maintenance both times it was not done. Instead of they gave me a multi point inspection. I replied to an email that service manager sent me explained my issue and asked what I should do but, I never heard back. There seems to be a disconnect from when I scheduled the appointment online and check in and review what is to be done in the car versus what it actually gets done.

Talked me into changing spark plugs Probably didn't need changing. Dud not gube complete quote when i asked what the chzrges would be. I had surgery mext day. Couldnt use truck. Severly misfiring rough idle shuddering. Et al. I called before closing. No one answered. Called again . Voice mail. Limped in with truck. One of the spark.plugs ( i probably didn't need) had been put in wrong. No coupon, no discount offer. Not even an apology for the wasted time effort and loss of use of trick given.

Had to call dealership to find out that the job was completed.

I waited while the vehicle issue was being diagnosed. The repair was relatively minor and was repaired while I waited. Wait time was reasonable and it appears the repair that was performed resolved the issue. Thank you.

Had check engine light . Code said bad wire or loose connection. Dropped it off they told me it was a fan motor , replaced it . Paid my deductible. Light was still on. They found the broken wire . Truck never had a temperature issue and the service bulletin was for a wiring issue. Not sure what I'm thinking at this point.

I had the most pleasant experience at McGuire Chevrolet. I had intended to come in for a test drive to see if I even liked the Chevy Trax. Ryan Feeney was so relaxed, not pushy, relatable, and well informed on the vehicle, and the deals available to me for purchase and financing. After speaking to him, I put a hold on the car, and then we were able to speed up the process with changing insurance over etc. I have never spent so little time in the leasing office to finance the car! I was in and out of there in an hour. Overall, I would recommend my experience to anyone for a pressure less, efficient, and respectful process.
