AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE

LUBE, OIL & FILTER

MAINTENANCE I

Change engine oil and filter. Reset oil life system. Visually check for any leaks or damage. Rotate and inspect tires. Check inflation pressure and wear. Inspect brake system, including brake lines, hoses, pads, calipers, wheel cylinders, rotors, and drums. Check and top off all fluid levels. Inspect wiper blades. Lubricate front suspension, ball joints, steering linkage, and parking brake cable. Trucks with Allison Transmission only: Inspect external control-main filter; replace if necessary (replacement extra). Price does not include additional mileage-based services as recommended in your Owner's Manual.

Signs of wear may include slow engine cranking, weak or dim lights, or an illuminated dashboard warning light.
Batteries wear out over time, but there are also issues that can impact battery failure. For example, infrequent start-ups, discharged batteries freezing at 32 degrees Fahrenheit, hot temperatures and improperly connected accessories.
The best thing that you can do is have your McGuire Chevrolet Certified Service technician perform a conductance test on your battery when you get your oil changed. This helps to monitor the status of the battery and helps prevent you from being in a situation where your vehicle won’t start.
